Join us at HeartLight Studio for a Winter Solstice Sound Bath: A Journey of Sound and Spiritual Renewal — an immersive experience designed to guide you through this sacred seasonal transition.

The Winter Solstice is a time of spiritual renewal, stillness, and introspection. It marks the longest night and shortest day, inviting us to honor the quiet, reflective energy of winter — a time for going inward, letting go of what no longer serves us, and preparing for the light that is to come. And as darkness inevitably gives way to light, the solstice also represents a moment of rebirth: the threshold between endings and new beginnings, a time to reconnect with our inner wisdom, and an opportunity to open ourselves to amazing new possibilities.

As you lie comfortably on your yoga mat, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, the gong, and other instruments will wash over you, creating a soothing space for reflection and release. This is an opportunity for deep meditation, energetic cleansing, and spiritual renewal as we let go of old patterns and create space for something beautiful and new.

Together, let us pause inside this sacred moment of stillness, knowing that with every passing moment, the light is returning, both in the world and within ourselves.
